2023 Kia Soul – Kia has been working to simplify the Kia Soul lineup for years. Having dropped the manual transmission that came with the base model earlier this year and is removing the Turbo 201 horsepower engine and the rugged X Line trim level. The company is also offering the 2023 Soul’s brand new design.

It’s the only engine option of a 147 horse naturally-aspirated 2.0-liter inline-four engine with an auto transmission that is variable. Our tests revealed that the engine could achieve 60 mph in 8.0 seconds, while the Turbo did it in 6.4 seconds. The remaining trim levels include LX, S, EX, and GT-Line.
New Design
Every model comes with an updated design for 2023 and includes updated headlights, a brand new front bumper, and new taillights as well as a brand new rear fascia. New 1718-inch and 17-inch wheel designs are part of the new design. Kia has two new color options, each with two shades: Surf Blue with a black roof, is also available in Clear White with a black roof.
