Koval assured that he would give a precise and concise answer to the question of whether the dinosaur king could be extinct again following the 2023 modeling year. “No,” was his answer. 2023 is significant as it will be the final season for these Dodge Hellcat twins, as stated by the company’s chief executive Tim Kunskis. It’s possible for some parts of the RAM TRX are still in use since the regulations for emissions aren’t as stringent as those for pickup trucks. Yet, Koval was coy with the definition of “its current form” meant. It’s possible that this is a desert runner equipped with a speedy move forward with a different engine. If this is true, it could be similar to the design Jeep plans to create to accompany their Grand Cherokee. Even though the Trackhawk is gone, Jeep is planning to develop performance-oriented trims that will not be powered with the powerful V8 engine. The brand is planning to incorporate an exceptionally strong Hurricane I6 twin-turbo engine with electric power that will deliver the same power as a Hellcat. However, it won’t have identical to the Hellcat.
2023 RAM 1500 TRX Future
The standard output form of the all-new Hurricane I6 engine produces 420 horsepower and 486 pounds of torque. The higher output version is valued at 500 lb-ft and 510 horsepower. The addition of an electric motor will increase the output of the entire unit to 700 HP. There is also the potential of electrifying the TRX using or without a plug could be an option.
